2. Late payments may result in penalties or suspension from classes.
3. Scholarships and fee concessions, if applicable, are subject to verification and eligibility criteria.

1. AIAS collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Students must ensure that all personal and academic data provided is accurate.
3. By enrolling, you consent to the use of your data for academic and administrative purposes.

1. All course materials, lectures, and resources provided by AIAS are protected by copyright and are for personal academic use only.
2. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written permission from AIAS.

1. Students are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and decorum during all interactions with faculty, staff, and peers.
2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion.

1. Students may raise concerns or grievances through the official channels provided by AIAS.
2. Complaints will be addressed promptly and fairly, in accordance with our grievance redressal policy.

1. AIAS is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of its services or facilities.
2. External internships, collaborations, or practicals are governed by the terms of the respective organizations.

1. AIAS reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for breach of these terms and conditions.
2. Students may withdraw from a program, subject to the withdrawal policy and financial obligations outlined during admission.

AIAS reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels and become effective immediately upon publication.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
